What is Onsite Service?

Onsite Service is an off-site maintenance service that allows Anda Seat customers to receive product inspections and repairs without having to send their items to a service center. This service is designed for those who seek convenience and wish to minimize shipping time.

Available exclusively in Bangkok and selected metropolitan areas
Note: Please confirm the service availability with our team before scheduling an appointment.

Service Conditions

1. Only available for specific models that meet the Onsite Service criteria and are under warranty.
2. Covers structural repairs and gas lift replacements only.
3. Customers are entitled to one free Onsite Service per year, counted from the date of the last Onsite Service received.
4. If an additional service is requested before one year has passed, a service fee of 500 THB per visit will apply.

How to Request Onsite Service

1. Check Your Eligibility
   - Verify if your product model qualifies for Onsite Service.
   - Ensure your product is still under warranty.
2. Contact Customer Support
   - Provide details of your product and the issue encountered.
   - Submit a receipt or proof of purchase.
   - Share your address for service arrangements.
3. Schedule an Appointment
   - Our team will confirm the available date and time for the service.
   - Please prepare the service area for repair.
4. Receive Onsite Service
   - Our professional technicians will perform the required repairs based on service conditions.
   - If any additional costs apply, you will be informed before proceeding.
