REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Conditions for Exchange/Return
- Upon receiving the product, please record a video while unboxing it, clearly showing the condition of the package and the product itself without any edits. This video must be sent to the company within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Products that are defective due to manufacturing, or those received in the wrong color, model, or size, can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product, its packaging, labels, manuals, and any accessories must be intact, not damaged, not missing, and must not have been used or assembled in any way.
- Products received under promotional conditions, such as free gifts, exchanged products, etc., must be returned along with the main product.
- Shipping costs for returns, installation fees, and any other service charges are non-refundable.
- The company reserves the right to determine whether to accept the return of products based on the stipulated conditions. The company's decision is final.
Refund Policy
The company will refund customers for products in cases where the company is unable to deliver the ordered items.

Payment via Credit/Debit Card from registered commercial banks in Thailand :The company will submit a refund request to the bank. The refund process will depend on each bank's policies. Typically, cardholders will receive the refund in the next billing cycle. The refund period for credit and debit cards is usually 30-45 business days from the date the company confirms the refund with the customer.

Payment via PromptPay/Bank Transfer from registered commercial banks in Thailand :The company will process the transfer back to the account owner's bank, with a refund period of up to 21 business days from the date the company confirms the refund with the customer.
